Very nice location and excellent staff! I truly appreciate Francesca for her help during check-in. Many thanks to Patrick and Edwin for their kindness, great recommendations, and assistance with my luggage. The rooms seem recently renovated and were very clean. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the staff were extremely communicative — I received support with every question I had. If I come back to Playa, I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location, the rooms are comfy and come with a HUGE tv, nice amenities and clean bathrooms. The breakfast included is delicious. The only down site about this hotel is that our view was to a wall and it made me feel a little claustrophobic, also they don't know when your breakfast is included or not, so make sure if you booked your room with breakfast included and have them confirm it.

It is a nice smaller hotel. It has a nice pool and juguzzi in the roof. It has daily rooms service /cleaning. It is also in a good area. It is not a resort (spa and place on the beach) but it is on the main street. I would stay here again.

We spent 4 nights here. The room was very nice and the service was great. Nune was especially cordial and helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. On the down side: our room, 208, was right above the street, so every night the music from the downstairs club kept blaring into our room. It only stopped around midnight, after we insisted that the staff ask the club to keep it down. The hotel was kind enough to offer us a replacement room, but we were so tired after all the trips, that we just kept the room. But beware of rooms that face the street. Also, funnily enough, the bathroom has a see-through door... Strange and uncomfortable.

Love this hotel! Definitely come back again to stay here. Customer service really friendly. Nothing to complaint about the room facilities. The strip is just right outside the entrance...easy walking distance.

Very nice boutique Hotel, very clean. Great location, right on the main strip. Only two perhaps challenges is that you will hear loud music all night until late and in our (my friend and I) king size bed room there was no real privacy for the bathroom or shower but if that doesn't bother you, I highly recommend it!

1st of all, the hotel is located in the best place at 5th avenue. Besides the great location, the room is very spacious, clean, and great amenities. There is even a balcony with a jacuzzi. Bathroom is amazing too, the have hair dryer and high quality shampoo, conditioner etc. All hotel employees were helpful and were always smiling! I highly recommend!!!

The hotel is pretty nice. The whole hotel is in good condition and has good ammenaties. Compared to all the other hotels and airbnbs I've stayed at here over the years this one is my favorite and I had only one minor stupid complaint which I detail later. Typically I stay in Playa for an average of 4 weeks when I visit so I get a good sense of consistency with my experience at each place I stay. The employees are fantastic, I was sick one day from something I ate and one of the employees offered to run to the pharmacy for medicine. Every one who works here has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room in stayed in was in the back which had a view of a wall with bubbling and peeling paint but I was excited about it because I knew it wouldn't be as noisy which it wasn't. The pool is nice and clean and the hot tub actually has warm water which I haven't seen here in Playa. The main thing I didn't like about the hotel is access to stairs. I prefered to take the stairs, even though I was on the 3rd floor. To use the stairs you have to use the glass door to the left of the entrance from the street which is always locked, can't be opened with your room key and half of the time shut. This staircases brings you to the first floor where you walk around to the back and have access to the rest of the floors.
